PRICES All prices appearing on this Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. The cost of your Order will be the price of the Products ordered plus the appropriate Delivery charges – Please see POSTAGE COSTS. All goods are subject to availability and the details given are as accurate and complete as possible. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of VAT. If this does occur You will be notified and requested to reconfirm Your Order at the altered price. We shall be entitled by notifying You to cancel any Contract in whole or in part to the extent that if for the purpose of a product the price of which was, in error, stated incorrectly on this Website.

PLACING AN ORDER
You must not order Products via this Website if you are not a resident in the UK and aged 16 years or over. All orders are subject to acceptance by Us. All Products are subject to availability.

DELIVERY On the cribsclothing.co.uk Website, it is only possible to order products to be sent to a UK or Northern Ireland address – the same address that the card used to make payment is registered – (that is the address shown on the credit/debit card statement). All orders are shipped by the Post Office or courier using SIGNED-FOR (recorded) delivery therefore Someone must be present at your address to sign for your package – if not the package will be taken to your local sorting office. All UK orders typically take 1 to 3 working days to arrive, please allow up to 3 days for order processing. We will endeavour to deliver Products to you as soon as possible. We shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING If you would like to place an order to be delivered to an address outside the UK please CONTACT US to get an accurate shipping cost which will be dependent on the country you wish the order to be delivered to.

RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the goods you have purchased, you can return them to us within 14 Days from receipt of goods (PLEASE NOTE THIS 14 DAY POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED) ensuring that they are in their original condition and in their original packaging. WE WILL NOT REFUND ITEMS THAT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED OR HAVE HAD ANY TAGS OR LABELS REMOVED. Please include the original invoice together with any returned goods, stating the REASON FOR RETURN on the invoice. It is Your responsibility to wrap the package securely, and for your own security we recommend that you send your return package by a recorded delivery and satisfy yourself as to the insurance arrangement as we cannot be held responsible for packages that get lost or damaged in the post. Any refunds given will NOT include the original or return delivery charges unless goods are proven to be faulty, This does not affect your statutory rights.
